Introducing Elaine Love
Founder
Elaine is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, with a distinguished career dedicated to advancing innovation and efficiency within the Healthcare Information Technology sector. Throughout her professional journey, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to leveraging data, technology, and strategy to drive meaningful organizational change.
Elaine’s experience spans a broad range of disciplines within the industry. She has served as a Data Analyst, identifying trends and gaps in policies and processes; a Business Systems Analyst, implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance operational performance; a Scrum Master, facilitating high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives; and an Implementation Consultant, developing systems to meet complex operational and technical requirements. As a Technical Trainer and Curriculum Designer, she created and delivered comprehensive training programs for new Implementation Specialists. In her current role as a Business Solutions Architect, Elaine leads enterprise-wide initiatives focused on optimizing systems and aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Missouri–Columbia, where she became the first in her family to earn a college degree. She later earned a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Elaine enjoys gardening, traveling, volunteering, and spending quality time with her family.
